Click to play
You know you are using the best interface if you don't see it. Good interface is hard to notice, it becomes invisible. Our video player interface is invisible from day one. Just click - and play your video.
But how? Easy. You see the video itself, with a slight border if needed. As a matter of fact that's all you need - to see the clip itself, not the surrounding buttons.
All you need... to do what?

Browse large video libraries quickly
Large video libraries are hard to deal with. To look through an hour of video you have to spend more - a couple of hours of time! And if you need to organize it, describe it and make searchable - that's a tough task to do.
And what about 10 or 100 hours of video?
Big video libraries - big video organization issues. Sure, you can find a professional, good equipment and put it together - that will be much easier but not faster.
There is a better choice.
Video library management
We divide all video files into chapters - all your video automatically split into 3 (or less) minute segments, keeping source files intact. We create flash versions of each and deliver those through an intuitive interface.
- Thumbnails - still small compressed images in JPEG format that load immediately and represent "cover" for each 3-minute video segment.
- Hover to play - all you need is to point your mouse at the clip you want to view. It will play.
- Hover out to stop - simple as it is. It plays while you're interested. Hover over one, then another - all things work immediately.
- View progress - a thin line goes through the clip, representing playback progress.
- Drag-n-drop progress line to scroll. You can scroll even to parts that are not loaded yet!
- Click to seek - your progress line will automatically jump to the location you clicked on.
- Double click to activate and keep playing, in case you need your mouse somewhere else.
And yes, it is that simple. You have all you need to scroll through hundreds of clips easy and lighting fast. Imagine them all, controlled just with a mouse over, flying through. See the chapter you find interesting? Just pause for a while. Click, drag, think and decide. Manage hours of video faster.
Utilize your screen space efficiently
Use global resize slider to make click-to-play player thumbnails bigger or smaller. Or - make them tiny and load up to 200 per page! Make them bigger, and keep as little as 4 on one page if you wish. You are in control, you choose what fits you - and your monitor size - best.
Use just as many functions you need - faster
Play/stop button, progress line and all other standard controls represent and copy the old VCR interface. And you just Do Not Need all those. You are holding your mouse in your hand all the time anyway, so why do you need to have this screen space wasted? It's ok to have a progress line, but what if you just need to have 100 video clips on screen?
This format really takes it to the next level. You have only what you need. You don't have any controls dubbed (like the volume control - who needs two concurrent ones?).
Group and do
Sure enough there are other things through. Select clips you'd like to view and press "Play all" - and then just sit back and view the show. Or - if you want the process to be really luxurious - press "Preview all" - and get 10 seconds from each clip. Yes, you will manage to preview the whole hour of video in just 6 minutes! Sounds like a great time saver. Well, it is.
